I am originally from Long Island and received my Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Communications from the State University of New York (SUNY Brockport). Upon graduation, I moved from the cold of upstate New York directly to the warmth and sunshine of Central Florida.

My wife Anne and I have lived in the greater Daytona Beach area for almost 25 years. For the past 20 years we have lived in Port Orange, we love our community and currently have three children in the public school system. Why do we love it here? Port Orange is a clean safe community and the school system is one of the best in the state! The weather is great and it's less than ten minutes to the ocean from anywhere in town. There are plenty of places to shop, eat out or golf right in town and Daytona Beach is only a fifteen minute drive away. I could go on and on about the quality of life in Port Orange but why don't you to come on down and judge for yourself.

Click on the our area link if you'd like to know more about East Central Florida but for now just a little more about me. I have held many different positions since moving to Florida and the variety of my experiences gives me, I think, a unique insight into the Greater Daytona Beach area. I have worked for the State of Florida - Health and Human Services Department, for Allstate Insurance as a Claims Representative, was elected twice to the Port Orange City Council and now, of course, work for Gaff's Realty.

If you're considering a move to Central Florida, I hope you check out Port Orange and the surronding communities. And if you need assistance with your Real Estate needs, I hope you contact me via my web form or by calling me directly at 386-453-8033.
